Meet the Team Directors

  • Crystal Kovacs

By mile 67 I was cooked. Tired, hot, cramped and absolutely in love with riding gravel.

The gravel cycling community welcomed me as I was, nothing
extra or missing…just ride what you brought and enjoy it! That’s what my family tells me, enjoy each pedal stroke.

The Dirt Squad was founded by me and I want you to discover
exactly what I did. A lifelong, inclusive activity that everyone can enjoy and now with amazing advantages.

I didn’t know about coaching, gear, nutrition or bikes. I
just wanted to ride a new adventure and we have found an entire new community with a similar mindset.

Join me and my team of approachable industry experts
with deep discounts on not only price but of extremely high value. We make it fun, exciting, and safe.

Come rediscover yourself on your terms and with our expertise.

  • Megan Baxter

    My name is Megan Baxter.

I love cycling. I am currently dabbling in longer rides on gravel and long road rides.

I am living in Roanoke, Virginia. I am a former mountain biker for Union College in Kentucky. I had a relatively successful career racing even though it was short. I grew up in North Carolina racing and riding bicycles with my parents mostly riding road, cyclocross and gravel.

My dreams have always been about riding bicycles all over the globe in all conditions. I have always been passionate about getting more women into and finishing cycling events.

I spent part of my childhood working on a small event series called Cross Central at Spring Hill put on by Berger-Hardware Bikes.

More recently I have helped out with Marathon World Championships and several cyclocross US National Championships.

This coming year, I plan to make our plans even bigger and better with the addition of you to our team!
